Location: FULLY REMOTE anywhere in the United States.

Role Overview
The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of a technology project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget. This role has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables. The project manager will develop detailed project plans, monitor milestones, manage risk, and incorporate quality measures into project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of clinical systems, enhancements and integrations.
- Their main goals are to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet clinical and regulatory needs, integrate smoothly with existing workflows, comply with documentation needs within the client's project management platforms and support user adoption.
- Coordinate between clinical, IT, and vendor teams, manage risks and ensure compliance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, third parties, and vendors.
- Create, build, and update project schedules, project charters, status reports, and work breakdown structures.
- Track and report on financial data, performance, and status of multiple projects.
- Identify, manage, and escalate key project risks to ensure the delivery of business goals.
- Facilitate the resolution of project-related conflicts and determine necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to corporate operational standards and processes.
- Ensure proper project closure, including documenting lessons learned.
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skill.
Experience: 4+ years of related project management experience.
Technical Skills:- Experience with Microsoft Office, Project Management, Root Cause Analysis, Sourcing, Stakeholder Management, and Vendor Relationship Management.
- Knowledge of Agile Software Development, Scrum, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- 4+ years experience with:
- Project Planning and Scheduling
- Budget and Cost Management
- Documentation and Reporting
Soft Skills:- Curious, detail oriented, thoughtful, flexible with competing priorities and changes, strong communication skills and great at follow-up.
- Self-starter!
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI certification is preferred.
