The Opportunity: Oracle RTR (Record-to-Report) Fusion Functional Consultant
We re seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to lead Record-to-Report (RTR) processes within Oracle Fusion Financials. This individual will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting core financial accounting processes across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Lead functional workshops across GL, SLA, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, and Financial Close
Analyze current-state processes and design future-state R2R solutions aligned with Oracle Fusion best practices
Configure Oracle Fusion modules including GL, FA, CM, Intercompany, and SLA rules
Support chart of accounts design, financial calendar setup, and ledger configuration
Validate integrations across P2P, OTC, PPM, FAH, and EPM systems
Support financial data migration including COA mapping, balances, and reconciliation
Execute SIT/UAT testing, regression testing, and period-close simulations
Validate accounting accuracy across subledgers, SLA, FAH, and GL postings
Support cutover, close readiness, and hypercare activities
Qualifications
10 15+ years of ERP experience with 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials (RTR focus)
Strong expertise in GL, SLA, FA, CM, Intercompany, and financial close processes
Strong understanding of subledger-to-ledger accounting and financial reporting
Experience with FAH (Fusion Accounting Hub) and accounting transformations
Experience with integrations (OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs) and reporting tools
Experience with data migration, GL balances, and reconciliation
Experience supporting multi-ledger, multi-currency environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Oracle Cloud Financials certification preferred
