Roles & Responsibilities
1. Agile & Scrum Facilitation
• Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Oracle Cloud CPQ Agile teams
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including:
o Sprint Planning
o Daily Stand ups
o Backlog Refinement
o Sprint Reviews / Demos
o Retrospectives
• Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and Agile best practices
• Coach teams on self organization, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Shield teams from external disruptions and unplanned work

2. Oracle Cloud CPQ Delivery Enablement
• Enable Agile delivery across Oracle Cloud CPQ modules, including:
o Product Configuration
o Pricing and Discounting Logic
o Approval Workflows
o Quote Documents (Document Designer)
o Commerce Processes
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Lead to Quote (L2Q) and Quote to Cash (Q2C) business flows
• Support incremental and risk aware CPQ delivery aligned to business priorities

3. Backlog & User Story Management
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized, well refined CPQ backlog
• Validate CPQ user stories and ensure:
o Clear business objectives
o Well defined acceptance criteria
o Integration and regression impact consideration
• Facilitate story estimation for CPQ configuration, pricing, and approvals
• Identify risks associated with poorly defined or underscoped CPQ requirements

4. Dependency & Integration Management
• Identify, manage, and track dependencies across:
o Oracle CPQ
o CRM platforms (Oracle Sales Cloud / Salesforce)
o Oracle ERP Cloud (Order Management, AR, Pricing)
o Middleware and integrations (OIC, MuleSoft, Boomi)
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Release Managers, and integration teams
• Proactively address cross team and cross system constraints impacting delivery

5. Impediment, Risk & Issue Management
• Identify and remove impediments impacting CPQ delivery, including:
o Configuration complexity
o Pricing and approval bottlenecks
o Environment availability issues
• Maintain transparency on delivery risks and mitigation plans
• Escalate issues with clear impact assessment and recommended actions

6. Quality, UAT & Release Support
• Enforce Definition of Done (DoD) and quality standards for CPQ deliverables
• Support UAT planning and coordination with business stakeholders
• Ensure adequate regression testing coverage for CPQ pricing and configuration changes
• Assist with controlled CPQ releases, hotfix management, and production defect triage
• Ensure compliance with pricing governance, audit, and approval controls

7. Metrics, Reporting & Governance
• Track Agile delivery metrics, including:
o Velocity
o Sprint predictability
o Defect trends
o Carry over analysis
• Use metrics to drive continuous improvement and informed decision making
• Provide clear and concise status reporting to leadership, business, and program management

8. Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Act as a liaison between technical CPQ teams and business stakeholders
• Facilitate alignment across Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, and IT
• Ensure sprint reviews and demos focus on business value and outcomes
• Support change management and business readiness activities

Required Skills & Qualifications
Agile & Delivery Skills
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent preferred
• Strong hands on experience with Scrum and Agile delivery
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Oracle CPQ & Domain Knowledge
• Hands on experience supporting Oracle Cloud CPQ implementations
• Strong understanding of Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes
• Working knowledge of CPQ configuration, pricing, approvals, and integrations
• High level awareness of BML, BMQL, and CPQ data structures (non developer)
Professional Skills
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance business urgency with technical and compliance risks
• Experience working in cross functional, globally distributed teams

• Experience in large scale Oracle Cloud ERP or CRM programs
• Prior experience in Sales Operations, Pricing Governance, or Revenue Operations landscapes
