Workfront Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Workfront Specialist to support and optimize project intake, workflow management, and reporting across the organization. This role will serve as a key expert on Adobe Workfront, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, prioritization, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront administration and configuration
• Strong experience in process improvement, change management, and automation.
• Manage and optimize Workfront intake processes to ensure accurate and complete request submissions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Workfront configuration, troubleshooting, and system support
• Generate reports and maintain documentation to track project status and support audits
