Be the backbone of mission-critical infrastructure
Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and energized by fast-paced environments? This role puts you at the center of data center operations, where accuracy, accountability, and problem-solving directly impact uptime and security. We're looking for a motivated professional to support inventory control, logistics, and operational execution inside a high-volume data center environment. If you enjoy owning your work, following precise processes, and keeping complex systems running smoothly-this role is for you.

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in daily data center operations, handling physical assets and ensuring everything is tracked, staged, and processed correctly:
  • Execute assigned operational tasks independently during high-volume or escalation-driven situations
  • Identify issues early, use sound judgment, and escalate when necessary
  • Coordinate, prepare, and execute incoming and outgoing deliveries, including purchase order (PO) receiving and rack movement activities
  • Maintain precise physical inventory tracking, staging, and documentation
  • Perform inventory cycle counts, audits, and data corrections
  • Support regulatory compliance and certification control audits within the data center
  • Manage material movement, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling according to standard processes
  • Securely destroy data-bearing devices (DBDs) by following approved procedures and runbooks
  • Ensure operational accuracy, security, and cleanliness across staging and storage areas

Operational & Technical Responsibilities

  • Monitor systems for equipment failures or performance issues
  • Respond to system or program error messages by identifying causes and resolving issues or terminating processes when required
  • Support programmers and systems analysts during testing and debugging of new programs
  • Use Microsoft Excel and other software tools to load, manipulate, and report on operational data

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following environments:
    • Warehouse or supply chain operations
    • Inventory management
    • Retail operations
    • Data center or IT support environments
  • Previous experience working inside a data center environment
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

Why This Role Matters

This position is ideal for professionals who want:
  • Hands-on exposure to data center operations and infrastructure
  • Experience working with secure assets and compliance-driven processes
  • A role where accuracy and ownership truly matter
  • Growth opportunities in IT operations, logistics, and infrastructure support

If you take pride in precision, enjoy structured processes, and want to work in an environment where your work directly impacts operational success-we'd love to hear from you. #Mpipe26
