Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced EDI Business Analyst with strong healthcare enrollment and EDI 834 expertise. This is an operations-focused Business Analyst role involving requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, EDI monitoring, issue resolution, and business process support.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand needs and resolve issues.
Monitor and support EDI transactions, particularly 834 enrollment transactions.
Investigate enrollment/EDI issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution.
Support UAT, testing, defect tracking, and validation of solutions.
Prepare business requirements, process documentation, and other functional documentation.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and provide clear communication throughout issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
2–3+ years of EDI experience.
Mandatory: EDI 834 / Healthcare Enrollment experience.
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with UAT, issue analysis, and defect resolution.
Healthcare/health insurance industry experience strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
