What You’ll Be Doing

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CMDB
Maintain CMDB data models, relationships, and integrity
Lead Discovery and Service Mapping initiatives
Customize workflows, scripts, UI policies, and business rules
Ensure governance, compliance, and CMDB data accuracy
Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
Support upgrades and ongoing enhancements

About You

Be able to do the job as described.
Strong expertise in CMDB design, governance, and best practices
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
Experience with Discovery and Service Mapping tools
Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and ITIL frameworks
