Neos is Seeking a Technical Systems Analyst (Data Integration) for a contract role for with our client in Austin, TX.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Perform analyst work overseeing one or more projects concurrently. Complete evaluations of existing and future capabilities, conduct research into solution alternatives, enhance system capabilities, and provide advice to stakeholders. Participate in joint application design sessions with customers and IT staff to define business requirements and develop software systems requirements. Communicate effectively with users to determine requirements of new processes and applications or modifications to existing processes and applications. Perform system configuration, document business processes and prepare project documentation with a high level of attention to detail, strong organization skills and technical aptitude.

Use standardized project management processes, tools and techniques to address project needs. Develop test artifacts and conduct testing to include User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop training documentation for various team projects. Work closely with developers to track defects and resolutions. Perform deep technical and analytical reviews to analyze system functionality with customers and resolve production issues. Assist with creating, maintaining and enforcing global standards. Perform other analysis and documentation tasks as required to facilitate and support team projects. Assist in the diagnosis of problems associated with applications and write detailed specifications for developing or correcting issues to improve system performance and/or accuracy. Perform other duties as assigned to maintain operations.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

4-7 years Experience with system integrations and data exchange interfaces

4-7 years Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio)

4-7 years Analyzing data from a variety of source systems and different database technologies using SQL

4-7 years Experience with Data Mapping and Transformation

4-7 years Experience with Interface/Architecture design and documentation

4-7 years Converting business requirements into technical specifications

4-7 years Gathering, analyzing, and generating data visualization requirements for a data warehouse

4-7 years Experience writing detailed test cases and test scenarios

4-7 years Strong understanding of end-to-end systems validation

4-7 years Experience in writing SIT and UAT test plans

4-7 years Experience in working on a data warehouse (both relational and dimensional) team (DB2)

4-7 years Experience in translating requirements into data visualization needs

4-7 years Experience with XML/JSON/API integrations

4-7 years Familiarity with REST/SOAP services and Secure data exchange (SFTP, certificates)

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years Preferred Unemployment Insurance (UI) or workforce systems (highly preferred)

2 years Preferred Experience working with SIDES modules (EVF, ADF, DD, BC, MPC)

2 years Preferred Experience with Natural programming language

2 years Preferred Experience in Public Sector delivery

2 years Preferred Texas Workforce Commission experience
