Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath
Build reusable automation components and workflows
Integrate RPA bots with Maestro (workflow orchestration platform)
Manage end-to-end process orchestration across multiple bots and systems
Work with business teams to identify automation opportunities
Debug, test, and optimize automation processes
Deploy and monitor bots via UiPath Orchestrator
Maintain documentation for processes and automation workflows

Maestro Technology Responsibilities

Design workflow orchestration logic using Maestro
Coordinate multi-step, multi-system automation processes
Handle exception flows and retry mechanisms
Ensure seamless communication between bots and enterprise systems
Optimize orchestration for performance and scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–6 years of experience in RPA development
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio
Experience working with Maestro or similar orchestration tools
Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, and queues
Proficiency in .NET / C# (preferred)
Experience with Excel, databases, and web automation
Knowledge of version control systems (Git)

Core Technical Skills

RPA Development: UiPath workflows, REFramework
Orchestration: Maestro / workflow engines
Automation Types: Attended & Unattended bots
