We have Immediate opening for a UI Path Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience to support a long-term engagement with our client. Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Role: UI Path Senior Developer

Location: 100% Remote

Years of Experience Required: 8+ years IT experience, with at least 5 years in UiPath

Duration: Contract to Hire (C2H)

Mode of Interview: Interview Details: Virtual technical + panel interview

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using UI Path technology. Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and propose innovative solutions to optimize workflows.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines.
• Develop detailed technical specifications and documentation for automation projects. Configure UI Path robots, create automation workflows, and integrate with existing systems as necessary.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology and propose innovative ideas for process improvement.
• Participate in pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations, client workshops, and solution presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on UI Path development and RPA.
• Strong proficiency in UI Path Studio, Orchestrator, and other UI Path products.
• In-depth knowledge of RPA concepts, best practices, and design patterns. Experience with programming languages such as C#, , or Python.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of enterprise systems, databases, and integration methods.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering automation projects from concept to completion.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
• UI Path certifications such as UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or UiPath Certified RPA Associate are a plus.
• Healthcare Domain experience
