Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid. Onsite Monday-Thursdays and can work remotely from home on Fridays)

Role Overview
As an Apparel Color Designer, you will work closely with design partners in product design, color design, and graphic design. This role focuses on translating consumer knowledge and insights into compelling product solutions and narratives. This position is a key part of the creative process, influencing the aesthetic direction of apparel lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute color designs for apparel based on consumer culture and trends.
- Collaborate with product, color, and graphic design teams to ensure a cohesive design language.
- Translate consumer insights and knowledge into tangible product solutions and narratives.
- Manage color compatibility, mixing, and placement for technical apparel.
- Create and edit design files using Adobe Creative Suite.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of five+ years of color design experience is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in creating and editing files using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is necessary. Experience in technical apparel design is also required.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $40.00 to $46.66 per hour. This position includes a benefits package available to eligible employees.
