Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid. Onsite Monday-Thursdays, and can work remotely from home on Fridays)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Human Research Coordinator to support project needs within an innovative and exploratory research team. This position is integral to the Research and Data Integrity group. The role offers a significant opportunity for contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coordination and support for human research protection programs.
- Ensure adherence to research ethics and federal regulations, including HHS and FDA guidelines.
- Maintain organized documentation and records for research projects.
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of technical experts and research staff.
- Deliver effective presentations on research protocols and compliance matters.
Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in a scientific, biomedical, or health-related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in the human research protection field is required.
Skills:- Demonstrated expertise in research ethics and federal regulations for human subjects (HHS and FDA).
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver effective presentations to diverse audiences.
- Comfortable speaking with technical experts across various domains.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AirTable is considered a plus.
Compensation
The pay rate for this position ranges from $45.00 to $59.85 per hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
