Duration: Long-Term Contract
Rate: $25 per/hr
Desktop Support TechnicianPrimary ResponsibilitiesThe contractor shall perform and/or assist with the following services in support of the Terminal B Transformation Project (TBT):
- Desktop and laptop deployments, installations and Troubleshooting
- Printer and peripheral hardware installations and Troubleshooting
- Other Digital Technology hardware categorized as part of the TBT Project
- Application configuration and installation
- General Field Services Delivery tasks in support of TBT
- Complete logistics management and transport for TBT end user devices
- Asset tracking and management of all United Airlines asset tagged equipment
Technical RequirementsThe contractor must demonstrate proficiency in:
- Network infrastructure (1+ years' experience preferred)
- CCTV and access control system troubleshooting/support experience
- Copper and fiber testing and deployment experience
- PC Imaging/deployment (1+ years' experience preferred)
- PC printer/peripheral hardware (1+ years' experience preferred)
- PC/Laptop Hardware End User Support (1+ years' experience preferred)
- Windows 10 & Windows 11 support experience
- Enterprise software and hardware installation/configuration support experience
Performance Standards- Excellent communication skills
- Maintain excellent reporting and documentation skills
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting capabilities
- Provide superior customer service and interaction
- Ensure dependable and reliable service delivery
