Role Summary
The Business Analyst will support operational and technology driven initiatives by gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear requirements. This role plays a key part in improving processes, supporting data driven decision making, and enabling successful project outcomes.
Working closely with stakeholders, the analyst will document requirements, analyze workflows, support reporting efforts, and ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Develop process flows, business requirements documents, and functional specifications
• Analyze current state processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support project teams with data analysis, reporting, and status updates
• Facilitate meetings and discussions to clarify requirements and align expectations
• Validate delivered solutions meet defined business needs
• Maintain clear and organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Support change management and communication efforts as initiatives are implemented
Key Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Experience working on technology, operations, or process improvement initiatives
• Strong ability to document business requirements, workflows, and procedures
• Proficiency with common tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms
• Experience working with data, reports, and basic analysis techniques
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently in an on site, fast paced environment
Position Details
• Contract position with an approximate duration of 6 months
• On site role, five days per week
• Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
