Job#: 3024906 Job Description: Apex Systems is looking to hire an ONSITE SAP
SuccessFactors Consultant for our client based out of Greensboro, NC.
This assignment is anticipated to be a 6 month contract with strong potential for extension; however, Apex Systems cannot guarantee the length of this assignment.
This will also have a first-shift Monday-Friday schedule.
Responsibilities:- Configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions to support HR business processes, following platform standards and minimizing custom development where possible.
- Translate business requirements into system configurations, integrations, and enhancements using SAP tools and best practices.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding solution design, system changes, and ongoing operational support.
- Lead workshops and discussions to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and guide teams toward scalable, efficient solutions.
- Support U.S. Benefits-related implementations and updates within the SuccessFactors environment.
- Perform system parameterization to meet functional needs across assigned modules.
- Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, technical teams, and project managers to design and deliver high-quality HR system enhancements.
- Perform maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Support skill development within the broader HR technology team through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
- Lead or participate in knowledge-transfer sessions to ensure alignment, transparency, and process clarity across global teams.
- Promote a collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Experience:- Extensive hands-on experience functioning as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant.
- Strong working knowledge of key modules, including Benefits, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation.
- Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into technical system configurations.
- Experience interacting with global teams and communicating effectively across regions.
- Prior experience leading workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they map into SaaS-based HCM systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
