Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Florham Park, MO that is seeking a Solutions Architect.

Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver scalable, secure, high-performance GenAI and agentic architectures
* Integrate LLMs and multi-agent frameworks into existing platforms with modular, pluggable tools and context-aware reasoning
* Define reference architectures for RAG, function/tool calling, event-driven pipelines, and real-time processing
* Build multi-agent systems with reasoning pipelines and task automation
* Design, Build and deploy Python back-end services
* Own the model-tuning data lifecycle (collection, sanitization, preparation); Fine-tune and evaluate foundation models
* Evaluate and operationalize frameworks with a pragmatic balance of latency, accuracy, and cost
* Establish LLMOps: benchmarking/evaluations, observability, drift and latency monitoring, guardrails, and safe rollout strategies
* Optimize inference efficiency, vector indexing, and infrastructure utilization at scale
* Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues with agents and iteratively refine their behavior to improve output quality
* Define the AI technical strategy and roadmap, prioritize high-impact, measurable use cases
* Lead multiple engineering pods, mentor engineers and guide architectural decisions and best practices
* Champion Responsible AI: privacy, compliance, governance, bias/safety testing, and auditability
* Partner with product, security, legal, and business stakeholders to align solutions to outcomes

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* BS or MS in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
* 13+ years in software/technology with significant production GenAI experience
* Proven delivery of modular multi-agent systems with dynamic tool integration and context-aware reasoning, familiarity with building applications using A2A and MCP or similar protocols
* Strong hands on Python skills, fluency with Spark and modern data processing
* Deep, hands-on knowledge of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini etc.), across hosted and open-source ecosystems
* Expertise in event-driven architectures and real-time streaming systems, with a track record of deploying agentic AI to production
* Cloud (Azure preferred): Azure OpenAI, AKS/ACR/Functions (AWS/Google Cloud Platform a plus)
* Good understanding of Vector databases (Azure AI Search). Prompt engineering and fine-tuning expertise
* Kubernetes/Docker, CI/CD (Azure DevOps), and data lakehouse patterns/governance
* Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, and DeepAgents is required. Familiarity with Atomic Agents, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel is a plus
* Should have strong hands-on experience building Skills and implementing skill-based agents
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
* Leads by example, builds trust, and drives results across cross-functional teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
