Role: Computer Systems Analyst III Audio Visual Systems Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a senior Audio Visual Systems Engineer (Computer Systems Analyst III) to lead the design, implementation, and sustainment of Audio-Visual-Lighting/Video Conferencing (AVL-VC) systems for large and small facilities at Fort Sill, OK.
Responsibilities
Design, engineer, and document complex AVL-VC systems for classrooms, auditoriums, conference rooms, and leadership venues.
Oversee and perform installation, integration, and testing of DSPs, digital projection/display systems, and control systems.
Provide advanced troubleshooting, optimization, and sustainment for AVL-VC systems.
Read, interpret, and develop architectural plans and schematic line drawings for AV/control systems.
Support lifecycle planning, upgrades, and technology refreshes, including integration with IT networks.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and quality oversight for AV technicians.
Ensure adherence to safety, code, and DoD standards for all installations and operations.
Requirements
Qualifications
10+ years' experience designing, developing, implementing, installing, operating, and sustaining AVL-VC systems for large and small facilities.
10+ years of verifiable experience with DSP, digital projection/display, and control system installation/operations.
Current InfoComm International CTS-General certification.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Ability to read and understand architectural plans and schematic line drawings.
Physical ability to walk, stand, kneel, squat, bend, lift, and push; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable working at heights, in dimly lit venues, and in tight/restricted spaces.
Excellent visual acuity, hearing, and communication skills.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
Prior AV engineering experience in a DoD or Army training environment.
