Application Portfolio & Business Architecture Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an Application Portfolio & Business Architecture Analyst to support enterprise technology portfolio management and analytics initiatives. This role focuses on maintaining accurate application inventory data, supporting business capability mapping, and delivering highquality dashboards and insights that help leaders make informed technology decisions.

This is an analystlevel, handson role ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and stakeholders across IT and the business.

What You ll Do

• Maintain and update application inventory data in enterprise architecture and portfolio tools.
• Support data quality initiatives, including normalization and deduplication.
• Help execute application assessments and analyze results.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for application portfolio insights.
• Assist with business capability modeling and portfolio analysis.
• Support workflow automation and collaboration using tools like Power Automate and SharePoint.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and usable data.

What We re Looking For

• Experience supporting IT, application, or portfolio analysis efforts.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy.
• Experience creating dashboards or reports in Power BI.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Curiosity and interest in how technology supports business capabilities and cost optimization.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to enterprise architecture or application portfolio tools.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow data (assets, contracts, usage, or licenses).
• Experience with SharePoint collaboration sites.
• Experience using workflow or automation tools.
