Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Salesforce APIs
Design and develop user interfaces and email communications based on supplied design specifications
Develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journeys, email templates, Data Extensions, Marketing Cloud Connect, Content Builder, and Email Studio solutions
Build and integrate custom and standard Salesforce APIs and REST APIs
Implement appropriate authentication and authorization mechanisms for Salesforce integrations
Collaborate with Salesforce, Digital, DevOps, Product, Business Analysis, and technology teams to deliver solutions
Participate in application architecture and technical design activities
Utilize DevOps tools and processes to support development automation, deployment, and release activities
Troubleshoot technical and design issues and proactively resolve roadblocks affecting delivery
Support the development of strategic communication emails and email journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Contribute to software development lifecycle activities, change management, quality improvement, and technical standards
Maintain and improve existing Salesforce development and engineering practices
Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity and efficiency
Prepare and communicate clear problem statements, technical solutions, and design considerations to stakeholders at different levels
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
