Job Title: Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise to support, enhance, and optimize enterprise HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, driving system improvements, managing integrations, supporting business-critical processes, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
• Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and ongoing application maintenance
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, HDL loads, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI dashboards
• Manage integrations, data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting activities
• Coordinate testing efforts for system upgrades, enhancements, and quarterly cloud releases
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business teams to improve operational efficiency and user experience
• Resolve complex functional and technical issues while ensuring data accuracy and system reliability
• Provide recommendations for process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM solutions
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Payroll, Core HR, Benefits, and Time & Labor
• Hands-on expertise with Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Oracle HCM environments
• Strong knowledge of integrations, APIs, and data management processes
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively engage with business and technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar integration platforms
• Experience supporting complex workforce environments
• Prior experience in large enterprise organizations

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
• Candidates must be willing to work onsite from day one
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
