Position Summary
The Systems Administrator Legal amp; Compliance Applications is responsible for the
administration, optimization, governance, and strategic enhancement of enterprise
Legal and Compliance platforms including LogicGate, Icertis Contract Lifecycle
Management, DocuSign, and Box.com.
This role serves as both a technical platform owner and implementation lead, ensuring
operational stability, regulatory alignment, business enablement, and successful
delivery of new initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong SaaS system
administration expertise with experience planning and executing system enhancements,
integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience administering enterprise SaaS business applications.
Direct experience administering at least two of the following:
o LogicGate or other GRC platform
o Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management or enterprise CLM system
o DocuSign
o Box.com
Experience leading system implementations or major enhancements.
Strong understanding of:
o Role-based security models
o Workflow automation
o SaaS integrations (APIs, middleware)
o Data governance and compliance controls
Experience working with Legal, Compliance, or Risk organizations.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
