Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to support daily operations across shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations), coordinating shipments, and maintaining efficient warehouse and distribution processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritize tasks to meet customer and business demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily logistics and supply chain operations to meet customer delivery and RMA accuracy requirements
- Manage and track RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) from initiation through completion
- Review and process shipping documents including bills of lading, invoices, shipping notices, and customer orders
- Determine shipping priorities and select appropriate shipping methods to meet deadlines
- Plan and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to internal teams and external customers
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control processes
- Assist in organizing and optimizing warehouse storage and distribution workflows
- Collaborate with Customer Service and other internal teams to ensure alignment on order fulfillment and delivery timelines
- Monitor shipments and resolve any logistical issues or delays
Qualifications:
- 1 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping/receiving, or a related field
- Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations
- Familiarity with shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.); experience with ERP systems is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling RMAs or reverse logistics
- Knowledge of shipping carriers and methods
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
Salary/Rate: $15-$22/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
