Title: Salesforce Architect (Agentforce + AWS)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem design, Agentforce/AI capabilities, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, integration, and AI-driven automation initiatives across enterprise Salesforce platforms.
Required Skills
• Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Copilot, or AI-driven CRM automation
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce integrations
• Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, ECS, or EventBridge
• Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment tools
• Strong understanding of security, scalability, and multi-cloud architecture
• Salesforce Architect certifications preferred
Responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture solutions
• Lead Agentforce and AI-enabled CRM transformation initiatives
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and AWS platforms
• Provide technical leadership for development, automation, and cloud strategy
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver enterprise solutions
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with GenAI, conversational AI, or AI agents within Salesforce ecosystem
• Knowledge of AWS cloud-native architectures and microservices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
