Salesforce Architect (B2B Commerce / Multi Cloud)

Location: (100% Remote)

Very Long Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds, with a focus on B2B Commerce, Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into effective architecture and implementation plans.

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture across Salesforce clouds, especially B2B Commerce, Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Design end-to-end scalable solutions aligned with business, performance, and security requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution strategy and roadmap.
Architect integrations with ERP, OMS, payment, and other enterprise systems.
Define APIs, integration patterns, and data flows.
Provide technical leadership across frontend and backend Salesforce solutions.
Participate in hands-on configuration, customization, and validation.
Create architecture documentation and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Support discovery sessions, design workshops, and solution reviews.
Contribute to AI-enabled solutions where applicable.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds.
Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and B2B Commerce.
Experience with enterprise integrations and back-office systems.
Understanding of commerce processes (catalog, pricing, checkout, fulfillment).
Knowledge of Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications (Architect/Developer).
Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration tools.
Exposure to OMS, CPQ, or commerce ecosystems.
Familiarity with AI/ML or automation within Salesforce.
Experience in enterprise/global environments.
