Pay Rate: $55 - $65Top Requirements:4+ years of Systems Architecture experience, including hands-on enterprise architecture design (not advisory only).GenAI architecture expertise, including agentic workflows, LLM integration, and AI-enabled governance patterns.Architecture as Code (AaC) using Structurizr, C4 modeling, automated scripts, generators, and CI/CD model pipelines.Cloud platform architecture for Azure and Google Cloud Platform (cloud onboarding, landing zone patterns, developer platform integration).Automation and governance tooling, including CI/CD integration, infrastructure automation, scripting, and architecture governance automation.Plusses:Experience designing next-generation Permit-to-Build automation with LLM reasoning, metadata ingestion, and automated validations.Deep understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory constraints for highly regulated enterprises.Ability to translate architecture standards into working code, templates, accelerators, and prototype apps.Strong cross-functional collaboration with platform engineering, developers, security, risk, and CTO leadership.Clear technical communication around complex AI-enabled architecture approaches.Job Summary:This contingent Systems Architect role supports moderately complex architecture initiatives and large-scale planning across Systems Architecture functions. The GenAI Architecture Consultant will design and prototype AI-augmented patterns, build Architecture-as-Code automation, advance DCMS governance, lead Azure/Google Cloud Platform onboarding architecture, evolve enterprise patterns (Archetype 2.0), and help implement next-generation Permit-to-Build automation leveraging LLM reasoning. The position is critical to scaling CTO Architecture OKRs and enabling safe, controlled GenAI adoption across the enterprise.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Develop AI-augmented architecture patterns and integrate AI into SDLC workflows.
- Design and prototype agentic architecture workflows using GenAI and LLM reasoning.
- Build hands-on POCs improving observability, governance enforcement, and platform/system intelligence.
- Build and automate Architecture-as-Code workflows using Structurizr and C4 models.
- Create scripts, generators, CI/CD-integrated validation pipelines, and model automation.
- Produce and review high-quality architecture deliverables; enforce DCMS governance.
- Validate architecture submissions, correct design gaps, and improve consistency across teams.
- Lead Azure and Google Cloud Platform cloud onboarding architecture, including PAA onboarding, dev environment patterns, SDLC integrations, and accelerators.
- Evolve enterprise patterns and Archetype 2.0, delivering code templates, reference implementations, and prototype applications.
- Co-design next-generation Permit-to-Build automation, integrating LLM reasoning, automated validations, metadata ingestion, and model-driven tooling.
- Collaborate with developers, platform engineers, security, risk partners, and CTO leadership.
- Communicate clearly on complex AI-enabled and model-driven architecture designs.
