We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Quality Technician to support quality assurance and inspection processes in a fast-paced manufacturing and cleanroom environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The ideal candidate will have strong inspection, documentation, and problem-solving skills and experience working with quality systems in regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities


  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure product quality and compliance

  • Document inspection results and enter data into electronic systems such as Word, Excel, SAP, and electronic DHR systems

  • Generate and maintain quality records, including device history and training documentation

  • Verify equipment calibration status before use

  • Support quality audits and regulatory inspections as needed

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and enforce cGMP, GDP, and GLP standards

  • Identify and report quality discrepancies or process deviations to leadership

  • Maintain a clean and compliant work environment suitable for medical device manufacturing and cleanroom production

  • Collaborate with Quality Engineers, Supervisors, and Operations teams to support production and quality initiatives


Requirements


  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and documentation accuracy

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

  • Proficiency in English communication and documentation

  • Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, or microscopes preferred

  • Prior experience in medical device, laboratory, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred

  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 20 lbs as required
