Position: Senior Project Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale healthcare and technology initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in driving projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex initiatives, ensuring successful execution across scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and presentations
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics using project management tools
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and escalating when necessary
• Oversee project budgets and resource planning, ensuring financial alignment and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, risks, and change requests
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze challenges and recommend effective solutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field
• 5–7+ years of project management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects independently
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in a related field
• PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certification
• Experience working within healthcare systems, Medicaid/Medicare programs, or government contracts
