Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect (Healthcare & AI)

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will lead the strategic design and delivery of high-impact healthcare solutions. You will be the primary architect for an ecosystem built on Health Cloud, utilizing OmniStudio for complex process automation and Agentforce to deploy autonomous, patient-facing AI agents. This role requires a visionary who can bridge the gap between clinical requirements and cutting-edge Salesforce technology.

Mandatory Technical Qualifications

• Salesforce Health Cloud: Minimum 3 years of hands-on architectural experience with Health Cloud. Must have deep knowledge of the Provider/Payer data models, Care Coordination, and Life Sciences components.

• OmniStudio (Vlocity): Proven proficiency in designing enterprise-grade OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. You must be able to architect complex, guided patient/member experiences from scratch.

• Agentforce & Digital Engagement: Demonstrated experience building and deploying autonomous AI agents within the Salesforce ecosystem. You must understand prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and grounding AI in trusted CRM data for patient-facing interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Strategy: Design end-to-end solutions that integrate Health Cloud with internal and external systems (EHR/EMR) using HL7/FHIR standards.

• AI Innovation: Lead the implementation of Agentforce to automate patient interactions, ensuring the AI is grounded in Health Cloud data to provide personalized, compliant responses.

• Process Automation: Use OmniStudio to replace legacy, fragmented workflows with streamlined, high-performance guided interactions for both clinicians and patients.

• Governance & Compliance: Act as the technical authority on HIPAA, PHI, and HITRUST standards, ensuring all AI and cloud architectures meet strict healthcare regulatory requirements.

• Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex clinical needs into technical blueprints. Collaborate directly with Product Owners, BAs, and C-suite stakeholders to define the AI and digital health roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role.

• Expertise in Integration Architecture (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware like MuleSoft).

• Deep understanding of the Salesforce Agent Console and Service Cloud Voice.

• Experience in a "Forward Deployment" or hybrid Agile delivery model.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate the "business value" of AI and automation.

Mandatory Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Accredited Professional

• Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant or Developer

• Salesforce Certified B2C or B2B Solution Architect (or CTA candidate status)

• Preferred: AI Associate or AI Specialist Certification
