Location: Moorestown, New Jersey (Onsite 4x10 shifts Monday-Thursday)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Test Engineer to support the integration, verification, and validation of complex defense, radar, and combat-system software. This role involves developing test plans, executing test events, troubleshooting systems, and analyzing data. The position requires the ability to obtain a DOD Secret clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integration and test plans and procedures.
- Perform system troubleshooting and conduct comprehensive data analysis.
- Verify system requirements and develop Requirements Trace Verification Matrices.
- Interface with internal and external customers to ensure project success.
- Contribute to an Agile development environment, utilizing test automation where possible.
- Provide leadership and work effectively within a multi-disciplinary, geographically diverse team.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in a relevant field. Experience should include hands-on work with radar systems, system troubleshooting, and data analysis.
Security Clearance: Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DOD) Security Clearance to the Secret level.
Technical Skills: Proven experience in integration and test plan development. Familiarity with customer interfacing and leadership responsibilities is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MATLAB, C++, and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of radar system design and requirements verification.
- Familiarity with test automation, Agile development, and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with tools such as DOORs and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $60/hr to $100/hr. Please note that the final pay rate will be determined by a variety of factors, including experience and skills.
