Position: DBA Lead
Location: Remote (USA EST)
Key Responsibilities
Lead endtoend database migration to Google Cloud Platform
Coordinate with client, application, and infrastructure teams
Plan and execute migration, validation, and cutover activities
Ensure performance, availability, and data integrity across environments
Manage, mentor, and guide the offshore DBA team
Required Skills
10+ years of hands-on DBA experience
Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Cloud SQL, Spanner)
Proven experience in onprem to Google Cloud Platform migrations (lift & shift)
Hands-on with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL
Solid understanding of backup & recovery, high availability, and performance tuning
