Summary

Scope: Our client is looking for two Oracle Fusion business analysts to cover for their full time BAs during planned December absences. This covers the BA seats only. Someone to keep the lights on. a 3-4 year resource is fine. Not looking for a Senior resource.

Transition in:

    • shadow the BA
    • take over trackers and open items
    • meet key contacts
    • complete client training and system access
  • Transition out: hand back open items, status, and documents.

Role 1: Oracle Fusion BA, Financials

Keeps the Finance workstream organized and moving.

  • Maintain the test case library and execution tracking. Follow defects to closure.
  • Draft test scripts, work instructions, and training content for SME review.
  • Be the day-to-day link between the Finance team and Apps Associates consultants.
  • Support data conversion reconciliation and UAT preparation.

Required:

  • Oracle Fusion Financials: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting
  • SIT/UAT and defect management
  • Experience in a public company SOX environment

Preferred:

  • Medical device or life sciences experience
  • Smartsheet
