Job Description:

In this role, candidates will:
  • Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websites
  • Manage the design, creation, and production of customers experience elements from product concept through completion, including product updates and revisions
  • Develop and execute customer experience solutions by employing a broad array of user centered design tools including customer experience brief, site strategy, wireframes or visual mockups, site layouts, site maps, taxonomies navigation schematics, task flows, design briefs, key screens, templates, prototypes
  • Review and analyze high profile or complex projects and may lead projects or teams of user centered design specialists
  • Develop new research and tests theories that lead to alternative, leading edge design solutions
  • Analyze relevant internal and external sites and consult standards and guidelines as well as policies to determine best practices
  • Exercise independent judgment to guide risk deliverables
  • Design, develop, test, and refine prototypes
  • Resolve moderately complex issues
  • Lead team to meet key milestone deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of business, user, and technical requirements
  • Create and monitor schedules to ensure timely effective program execution
  • Develop and oversee planning and execution of projects, production schedules, and quality assurance
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Experience leading business/data requirements gathering and translating into contractual language for Third Party Service Parties
  • Ability to tell a compelling story around LOB usage of data
  • Experience working with business leaders in rationalizing and prioritizing requirements
  • Experience in acting as centralized point of contact for project timelines, dependencies and deliverables
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong presentation
  • Strong Vendor management skills
  • Ability to set and achieve objectives requiring a high level of cooperation from cross-functional partners in other teams LOB marketing, marketing operations/execution, digital product, technology, data management, and data science/modeling.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and create a pioneering playbook for others to follow rather than following pre-defined steps.
  • Success in developing and growing strong teams in marketing, digital, strategy, or analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts into simplified solutions in a straightforward and understandable manner to multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Experience in financial services, especially banking.

Note:
  • Duration: 12 month contract with potential for extension
  • Pay rate: $55-65 per hour - W2 Only
  • Interview Process: Maximum 2 rounds, first one 45 minutes, 2nd 30 min

Pay Range: $55-65 per hour

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
