Own product strategy and technical direction for one or more globally leveraged platforms, ensuring alignment with international business priorities, architectural standards, and long term scalability.
Lead cross functional collaboration across engineering, architecture, operations, and regional stakeholders to define shared solutions and best practices that materially improve client, business, and operational outcomes.
Set the bar for technical product excellence by coaching and mentoring product teams on discovery, prioritization, and decision making, while establishing clear product narratives and adoption strategies.
Serve as a strategic escalation and decision point for production, implementation, and cross regional delivery challenges, driving resolution through structured trade offs and alignment.
Guide the end to end product lifecycle from opportunity identification and investment framing through roadmap delivery and ongoing optimization ensuring measurable business and platform value.
Use data, customer insights, and regional goals to continuously evaluate product performance and inform roadmap and investment decisions.
Influence portfolio level planning by contributing to business planning, funding decisions, and capacity allocation to maximize enterprise and cross regional value.
Partner closely with engineering leadership to ensure product strategy is grounded in technical feasibility, resilience, and operational excellence.
Contribute to broader IPE, international technology, and enterprise initiatives beyond individual product ownership as needed.

qualifications:
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required; minimum of five years of related experience.
Experience leading large, cross functional initiatives in complex organizational environments preferred.
Robust product management fundamentals, including product lifecycle management, market analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and user experience evaluation.
Technical fluency in modern software and data driven environments (e.g., APIs, cloud platforms, data ecosystems); AI related experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills; DPM experience and training preferred.
