Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term analytics challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Business Insights- Perform complex business and data analysis to support Global Payments & Liquidity Analytics
- Develop deep understanding of data models, systems, and business processes
- Analyze data trends, issues, and opportunities to support decision-making
Data Infrastructure & Project Delivery- Lead data infrastructure projects, including requirements gathering and implementation oversight
- Create business requirements documents (BRDs) and review technical specifications
- Partner with technology teams to drive delivery and ensure alignment with strategy
SQL & Data Engineering Support- Write, review, and optimize SQL queries across multiple platforms
- Support defect resolution through SQL analysis and troubleshooting
- Work with structured and large-scale data systems
Stakeholder Engagement- Act as liaison between infrastructure, technology teams, and business partners
- Lead discussions with SMEs and downstream consumers on enhancements and issues
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Data Acquisition & Governance- Manage end-to-end data acquisition processes across multiple systems
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards
- Partner with authorized data sources and system-of-record teams
Program Management & Execution- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and track deliverables
- Support change management and process improvements
- Maintain strong relationships across business and technology teams
