Kronos (UKG) Functional Consultant – Timekeeping / Absence

Location: Richardson, TX (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

***Must currently reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) metro area and be able to work onsite in Richardson, TX 2 days per week

Overview

We are seeking two experienced Kronos (UKG) Functional Consultants to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of Workforce Management solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with strong functional expertise in Timekeeping and/or Absence Management who enjoy working closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional implementation and support of Kronos / UKG Workforce Management modules
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance
• Configure Kronos modules including Workforce Dimensions or Workforce Central (Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Attendance)
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and operations teams to ensure accurate workforce processes
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution
• Conduct SIT/UAT testing, develop test scripts, and validate results
• Provide functional support for integrations with payroll and other HR systems
• Deliver user training and create functional documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''''s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
• 6+ years of experience with Kronos / UKG Workforce Management
• Hands-on experience with Timekeeping OR Absence/Accruals (must have at least one)
• Strong understanding of workforce management processes and labor compliance
• Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UKG Workforce Dimensions or Workforce Central implementations
• Exposure to integrations and data interfaces
• Knowledge of payroll processes and Kronos integrations
• Experience working in hybrid or distributed environments
