Summary

Job Title: Databricks Technical Architect – HR Workflow

Location: Remote-USA

Position: Long Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced Databricks Technical Architect with strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise data architecture and HR workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable data architecture using Databricks.
  • Build and manage HR data pipelines and workflows.
  • Integrate HR ERP systems with Databricks.
  • Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark and SQL.
  • Manage HR data related to employee records, payroll, benefits, recruitment, and workforce management.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and governance.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Databricks Architecture.
  • Expertise in PySpark, Apache Spark, and SQL.
  • Experience with HR data and HR workflows.
  • Experience with HR ERP platforms.
  • Workday experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Delta Lake and Lakehouse Architecture.
