COINS Technical Consultant
Our client has launched a major Workday implementation and needs a hands-on technical consultant who lives and breathes Access COINS to lead the data side of the migration. This is a high-visibility project with executive attention across the organization, and the right person will play a central role in extracting, validating, and mapping payroll and HR data to ensure a clean transition. - Job Type: Contract (3-6 months with possible extension)
- Location: Remote - anywhere in the US
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $65-$85/hr

What You'll Do:
- Extract, analyze, and validate payroll and HR data from Access COINS to support migration into Workday
- Serve as the subject matter expert on COINS data structures, reporting, and technical data extraction
- Partner with the implementation team to map COINS data to Workday data structures and support testing, parallel payroll runs, and issue resolution
- Cleanse, reconcile, and transform data to ensure accuracy and completeness, while documenting extraction processes, mappings, and business rules
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to maintain payroll processing in COINS during the transition and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and data governance standards
What Gets You the Job:
- Hands-on experience with Access COINS Payroll software, including deep technical knowledge of COINS data extraction, reporting, and backend data structures
- Solid background in payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements, with working knowledge of HR systems and employee data
- Experience supporting HRIS or payroll system implementations, with Workday strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, reconciliation, and analysis, plus strong troubleshooting ability for data discrepancies
- Prior experience with Workday implementations, data migration projects, ETL processes, or construction/project-based industries is a plus
