RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking for an OCM Expert/Program Manager in Doral, FL.

Summary:
The IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) Expert/Program Manager leads the human side of large-scale technology transformations. They are responsible for driving employee adoption, minimizing resistance, and ensuring that new IT systems (such as ERPs, cloud migrations, or digital platforms) integrate smoothly into daily business operations.

Responsibilities:
* Drive the successful adoption of business and technology transformations by leading enterprise-level organizational change initiatives
* Develop and execute comprehensive organizational change management strategies and implementation plans that encompass stakeholder analysis, executive alignment, communication, organizational transition, change readiness, capability building, and end-user training
* Provide hands-on coaching and advisory support to front-line leaders to ensure consistent change leadership across the organization
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to embed change practices into project delivery
* Leverage data and digital tools to track engagement, measure adoption, and optimize outcomes, ensuring long-term sustainability and business impact
* Oversee the governance and optimization of the IT Communications platforms to ensure they remain a vital, user-centric resource for both IT and business teams

Drive strategic IT engagement by managing high-impact programs such as:
* IT Townhalls
* TechTides
* Technical trainings
* CIO Roundtables

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience
* Strong leader capable of influencing executives and other leaders, navigating office politics, successfully functioning in ambiguous circumstances with competing priorities
* Comfortable in front of large audiences
* Strong understanding of OCM principles and can work independently without being taught how to do an OCM plan

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
