Description
We are looking for an experienced Program Senior Manager to lead and oversee large-scale digital transformation initiatives for a global enterprise. This long-term contract position is based in NY, NY, and offers a hybrid/remote work arrangement. The successful candidate will drive the execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of end-to-end digital transformation projects, including roadmap creation, milestone tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
Manage the delivery of a comprehensive website relaunch and oversee subsequent global site migrations.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts across marketing, technology, legal, compliance, and regional teams to ensure seamless program execution.
Establish and maintain clear program governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and escalation pathways.
Drive initiatives to enhance data connectivity, analytics, and performance optimization across the digital ecosystem.
Oversee content migration efforts, ensuring data integrity, site performance, and continuity during transformations.
Provide quarterly executive-level updates on program progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Collaborate with external partners and agencies to maintain accountability and ensure delivery quality.
Ensure the balance between enterprise standards and localized market needs to enable scalable global rollouts.
Monitor and report on KPIs related to program health, digital performance, and business impact.
Requirements
Minimum of 15 years of experience managing large-scale digital or platform transformation programs in global environments.
Demonstrated success in delivering complex website ecosystems, including content migrations and platform implementations.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics, performance optimization, and martech ecosystems.
Expertise in managing projects within agile or hybrid delivery models.
Proven ability to manage external agencies and system integrators effectively.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior executives.
Experience with data connectivity, analytics enablement, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with balancing enterprise standards and local market requirements to achieve scalable solutions.
