About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Business Analyst (BA) to support a command center within a banking or financial services environment. This role operates in a high-visibility setting and requires experience working with encrypted and sensitive data.

The ideal candidate is a team player and self-starter with a polished professional presence who can confidently serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams. You will be expected to influence outcomes without direct authority, provide constructive pushback when needed, and ensure solutions align with regulatory, security, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and traceability.
Operate effectively within a command center or high-pressure environment, coordinating across IT, business, and operations teams.
Support initiatives involving encrypted and sensitive data, ensuring adherence to banking security, privacy, and data protection standards.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Navigate and support compliance and regulatory requirements common to financial services environments.
Maintain high-quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a banking or financial services environment.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex systems, integrations, and data flows.
Experience working with secure systems and encrypted data.
Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
Ability to influence without direct authority and push back constructively.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with ServiceNow
Experience supporting modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
Exposure to high-availability, production support, or command center environments.
