Provide oversight on longer-term, complex content and creative initiatives (e.g., major campaign assets, large-format creative, templates, multi-month projects)

Step in to provide continuity and oversight during Project Manager absences as needed

Jira Atlassian Systems & Data Leadership

Evaluate and optimize Jira Atlassian workflows, structure, and reporting

Lead system improvements to enhance usability, analytics, and operational insight

Support rollout and adoption of an upcoming enterprise Jira account and related tools

Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and consistency through system-driven solutions

Support future international coordination as workflows scale globally

Cross-Functional Leadership

Act as a senior liaison across creative, marketing, operations, and leadership teams

Ensure all marketing and creative work flows through standardized project management systems

Partner with stakeholders to understand pain points, priorities, and opportunities for improvement

Team Leadership & Creative Acumen

Lead and develop a small team (1 direct report initially, with potential to grow)

Provide steady leadership in a fast-paced environment

Bring strong creative judgment and an eye for quality without hands-on design execution
