RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Oldwick, NJ that is seeking an Accounting Manager.
Summary:
The Account Manager owns revenue growth for a defined U.S. territory, selling advertising services and expanding market presence. This role blends account management and new business development-deepening partnerships with active clients, reactivating dormant accounts, and prospecting new advertisers. It's a highly consultative, client-facing position involving in-person meetings, events, and regular outreach via phone and email. The ideal candidate is driven, experienced, and focused on delivering measurable revenue results.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth advertising, marketing, and branding needs analyses to develop tailored campaign recommendations
* Strengthen and grow existing client relationships by delivering ongoing value aligned to their marketing objectives
* Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and generate new business opportunities
* Develop and deliver accurate, compelling sales proposals and close orders
Administrative:
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activity and client data in Salesforce
* Submit expense reports and required documentation in a timely manner
* Gather and communicate market insights and field intelligence to leadership
* Provide weekly sales reporting and respond to ad hoc requests
* Plan and execute efficient, results-driven territory travel
* Attend industry trade shows (2-4 annually) to network and drive prospecting efforts
* Participate in required sales meetings and company events
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
