Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Garland, TX that is seeking a strategic and operationally rigorous Director/Senior Director of Sales Operations to lead and scale the infrastructure supporting a national go-to-market organization across technology and services.

Summary:
This role will bring centralized ownership, governance, and operational discipline to commission management, quota alignment, forecasting, sales enablement, and commercial back-office operations across a distributed sales organization. The ideal candidate is a builder who can create scalable processes, improve visibility and reporting, and enable sales leadership to stay focused on revenue generation. This position partners closely with executive leadership, regional sales leaders, Finance, HR, Marketing, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own and optimize the end-to-end sales process from lead through booking, renewals, and expansion
* Establish operating cadence including pipeline reviews, forecasting, QBRs, and account planning
* Build and standardize forecasting methodology, pipeline tracking, and CRM discipline
* Lead deal desk governance, pricing approvals, and quote-to-cash workflow improvements
* Oversee margin, pricing strategy, and profitability reporting
* Manage vendor program and rebate operations
* Design territory/account assignments, quota planning, and sales capacity modeling
* Lead compensation plan design and administration with Finance and HR
* Own CRM, CPQ, dashboards, and sales technology stack optimization
* Deliver executive reporting and business insights
* Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, delivery, procurement, finance, and marketing

* Reduced commission disputes
* Stronger seller productivity and faster ramp times
* Clear, timely executive reporting

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
* 10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
* 5+ years of leadership experience
* Deep expertise in commission design, tracking, and governance
* Experience in multi-location or distributed sales organizations
* Strong quota-setting, territory planning, and forecasting expertise
* Advanced analytics and reporting skills
* CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar)
* Experience with commission management platforms
* Sales training/onboarding program experience
* Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
* Project management expertise

Preferred Qualifications:
* Technology, telecom, security, or distribution industry experience
* Channel/distribution model experience
* PE-backed company experience
* M&A integration exposure
* Power BI or Tableau experience
* Sales enablement platform experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
