Peloton is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise performance management solutions. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on implementing and optimizing Oracle EPM Cloud applications, with an emphasis on Planning (EPBCS) and Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS).

As an EPM Architect, you will partner with finance and business leaders to design scalable, high-impact solutions that improve planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes. You will serve as both a technical and functional leader, guiding clients through complex transformations while ensuring best practices in solution architecture and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including:
  
  • Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS)
  • Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS)
• Define scalable, high-performance solution architectures aligned with business objectives and industry best practices
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs

Client Leadership & Advisory

• Lead client workshops to gather and analyze business requirements
• Serve as a trusted advisor to finance and executive stakeholders on planning, consolidation, and reporting strategies
• Recommend implementation roadmaps and transformation strategies

Hands-on Delivery & Implementation

• Perform hands-on configuration, design, and deployment of EPM solutions
• Support full lifecycle delivery, including design, build, test, and deployment
• Ensure data integrity, system performance, and usability across solutions

Practice Development & Innovation

• Partner with leadership to support growth of the EPM practice
• Contribute to development of methodologies, accelerators, and intellectual property
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimating, and proposal development

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead project teams and mentor junior consultants
• Provide guidance on best practices, solution design, and delivery execution
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-10+ years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and/or analysis, or deep expertise in:
  
  • Financial planning and budgeting cycles
  • Financial consolidation and close processes
• 5-10 years of hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud implementation experience, including:
  
  • EPBCS and/or FCCS
  • At least 5 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations
• Strong understanding of finance processes and enterprise performance management concepts
• Ability to translate complex financial and business requirements into scalable technology solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional Oracle EPM modules (e.g., Account Reconciliation, Profitability & Cost Management, Narrative Reporting)
• Experience integrating EPM with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP)
• Experience supporting enterprise finance transformations and roadmap development
• Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Data Management, FDMEE, or equivalent)
• Experience mentoring team members and contributing to practice growth

Compensation:

Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $140,000-$275,000. Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
