Peloton's Advisory practice is growing, and we are seeking a Functional Business Architect with deep expertise across Finance and Supply Chain (SCM) to support complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic, cross-functional leader who can bridge business vision and technology execution across Oracle Cloud ERP. You will define and drive the functional architecture vision, ensuring alignment between Finance, Supply Chain, and enterprise technology roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Architecture & Strategy

• Lead development of the functional architecture and target operating model across Finance and Supply Chain domains
• Define ERP vision aligned to client business goals, operational strategies, and digital transformation initiatives
• Incorporate Oracle Cloud best practices across Financials and SCM into the overall solution architecture

Cross-Functional Process Integration

• Ensure end-to-end integration across key enterprise processes, including:
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Plan-to-Produce / Forecast-to-Fulfill
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to align business processes and system design
• Identify cross-functional dependencies (e.g., costing, inventory valuation, fulfillment, revenue recognition)

Solution Design & Transformation

• Analyze current-state business processes, system landscapes, and operating models across Finance and SCM
• Design future-state architectures that improve operational efficiency, visibility, and scalability
• Develop process flows, capability models, and transformation roadmaps spanning both domains

Sales Support & Advisory

• Partner with Oracle sales channels and internal leadership to support proposals, solutioning, and estimation
• Lead or support solution demonstrations across Oracle Financials and SCM modules
• Contribute to thought leadership, go-to-market strategies, and client roadmaps

Delivery Support & Governance

• Support project initiation, requirements, and design phases to ensure alignment with architectural vision
• Provide oversight during implementation to maintain cross-functional integrity
• Contribute to development of Peloton methodologies and intellectual property

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, including:
  
  • GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Projects
  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM, including:
  • Procurement
  • Inventory Management
  • Order Management
  • Manufacturing / Planning (preferred)
• Proven cross-functional knowledge across end-to-end processes:
  
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Supply Chain planning and fulfillment cycles
• Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP and SCM modules
• Experience leading full lifecycle implementations (requirements through post-go-live support)
• Ability to lead solution demos across Finance and/or Supply Chain domains
• Experience presenting to senior business stakeholders and aligning delivery expectations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle EPM (Planning, Consolidation, Account Reconciliation)
• Experience with supply chain analytics, planning, or inventory optimization
• Experience supporting pre-sales, solutioning, and estimation
• Experience developing enterprise roadmaps and transformation strategies
• Experience mentoring team members and contributing to practice development

Compensation:

Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $180,000 to $250,000 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
