Peloton is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end supply chain solutions across Oracle Cloud. This is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for defining solution architecture, aligning business processes, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple SCM workstreams. As an SCM Solution Architect, you will partner with business and IT stakeholders to design scalable, integrated supply chain solutions spanning Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, and Maintenance. You will provide leadership across functional teams, both consulting and managed services (AMS), ensuring alignment with client objectives and Oracle Cloud best practices.
Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Strategy- Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Cloud SCM implementations
- Define scalable, integrated solutions across SCM domains, including:
- Procurement
- Inventory & Costing
- Order Management
- Manufacturing
- Supply & Demand Planning
- Maintenance (EAM)
- Develop implementation roadmaps and transformation strategies aligned with business goals
- Ensure alignment between supply chain processes, financial impacts, and enterprise architecture
Design Leadership & Delivery Oversight- Lead discovery sessions, design workshops, and solution reviews
- Guide functional teams in translating business requirements into cohesive solution designs
- Ensure consistency and integration across all SCM workstreams
- Provide oversight during build, testing, and deployment phases to maintain architectural integrity
Cross-Functional Integration- Ensure end-to-end process integration across key supply chain cycles:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Plan-to-Produce
- Forecast-to-Fulfill
- Collaborate with ERP (Finance), HCM, and EPM teams to ensure enterprise-wide alignment
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and integration points across systems
Client Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on supply chain transformation
- Communicate solution options, trade-offs, and impacts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and performance
Implementation Governance & Quality Assurance- Establish and enforce solution design standards and best practices
- Support issue resolution, risk mitigation, and key decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in hands-on design validation and troubleshooting when needed
Practice Development & Leadership- Contribute to the growth of the SCM practice through thought leadership and innovation
- Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, estimation, and proposal development
- Mentor and guide workstream leads and junior team members
Required Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain consulting or implementation roles with experience working cross functionally with managed services/support teams.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM solution architecture or lead roles
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations across multiple modules
- Deep functional expertise across several SCM domains, including:
- Procurement
- Inventory & Costing
- Order Management
- Manufacturing
- Planning
- Maintenance
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and integration with Finance
- Experience designing enterprise-level solutions and managing cross-functional dependencies
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications: - Oracle Cloud SCM certifications across one or more modules
- Experience with multi-pillar Oracle Cloud implementations (ERP + SCM + EPM)
- Experience with global supply chain transformations
- Experience with integrations, data strategy, and reporting/analytics
- Experience mentoring teams and contributing to practice growth
Compensation:Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,000 to $220,000 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
