Test Architect

Responsibilities:

• Has the ability to assess the current situations of testing and Identify gaps in the current process
• Prepare recommendations based on the gaps identified
• Have hands-on experience in developing roadmaps with critical check points
• Ability to manage and guide the delivery head in managing testing projects
• Should be a hands-on leader with testing in a global delivery model with in-depth understanding of testing in a distributed Agile Delivery model
• Had managed a portfolio of QA projects involving testing
• Supporting multiple projects to understand QA needs, create QA Delivery strategies aligned to business needs, create and present proposals with success KPIs, create a delivery plan, execute the delivery plan to success
• Team Management
• Reviewing Test strategy, Automation/Performance and Device Testing Strategy in consultation with Test Managers for the products with complex business scenarios with high integration touch points
• Demonstrating expert-level knowledge in software test design, test execution, automation, CI/CD, defect management, defect analysis and prevention plan in a true agile delivery model
• Focusing on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation.
• Establish trust and maintain a good working relationship with internal / external stakeholders, Partners and liaise with development and support leaders to ensure a successful end-to-end delivery

Basic Qualifications:

• 15+ years' experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must Have Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Hands on expertise in Test Planning, Design, Execution, Evaluation and Reporting.
• Experience with Tricentis and their tool set.
• Very good onsite offshore coordination skills.
• Very good client coordination skills.
• Ability to provide value adds and solutions from QA in a dynamic environment.
• Good leadership skills in mentoring the team members.
