RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Quadient Developer in Lansing, MI.
Summary:
The Quadient Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing document generation workflows using an enterprise document composition platform. This individual serves as a subject matter expert in document composition, creating new templates, enhancing existing templates, optimizing designs, and supporting platform upgrades and enhancements.
Job Responsibilities:
* Design and develop applications for complex projects using packaged software and custom-built applications
* Configure master workflows to support document template design and interactive document composition
* Review and optimize templates to identify configuration issues and ensure accuracy
* Stay current on document design standards, trends, and best practices
* Migrate forms and templates from legacy systems to a modern document composition platform
* Test new enhancements, upgrades, and application functionality
* Provide guidance on environment setup and tool configurations to align with enterprise standards and support scalability
* Design and configure applications to facilitate form migration and platform modernization
* Utilize scripting knowledge to enhance document composition workflows
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidates with the strongest experience in Scaler will be prioritized
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with document design and editing tools, including desktop publishing, PDF editing, and graphic design applications
* JavaScript experience
* Experience supporting enterprise-level platform configurations, upgrades, and scalable application development
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
