We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to oversee all partnership aspects of our business performance cadence. n this critical role, you will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, and driving the effectiveness of our performance review processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all partnership aspects of the business performance cadence: You will be the central point of contact for all partners involved in BI's performance tracking and reporting. This includes understanding their unique needs, coordinating their contributions, and ensuring that all data and insights are integrated into a cohesive performance narrative. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end flow of information, from data collection to final presentation.
Build and maintain partnerships with key partners: This isn't just about scheduling meetings; it's about cultivating strong, collaborative relationships. You will proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders, including data scientists, product managers, engineering teams, and business leaders. Your goal will be to establish trust, facilitate open communication, and ensure that all partners feel valued and informed throughout the performance review cycle.
Managing calendars of key stakeholders for weekly and monthly meeting cadence: You will take ownership of the logistical coordination for all recurring performance review meetings. This involves strategic calendar management for a diverse group of busy executives and team leads, ensuring optimal timing for participation and efficient use of everyone's time. You'll anticipate potential conflicts and proactively work to resolve them to maintain a consistent meeting schedule.
Responsible for coordinating content of performance review meetings - discussing business metrics and a deep dive: You will play a pivotal role in shaping the agenda and content for all performance review sessions. This includes collaborating with data analysts and business intelligence teams to identify key metrics, trends, and areas for deeper investigation. You'll work to ensure that presentations are clear, concise, and actionable, providing valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This may also involve preparing pre-read materials and post-meeting summaries to ensure continuity and follow-up on action items.Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience in program or project management, ideally within a business intelligence or data-driven environment.
