Banking Communications Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Minneapolis, MN that is seeking a Banking Communications Specialist who will develop and implement communications programs that help drive organizational change, action and information sharing across large sales organizations. The ideal candidate is a corporate communications professional with hands-on experience developing and executing integrated employee communications campaigns, and tools and resources to support sales teams in their daily activities.

Primary Duties:
* Provides strong, effective employee communications and resources
* Executes communications strategy to fulfill major company goals
* Ensures consistent messaging that conveys our customer-focused culture
* Seeks opportunities to combine messages/resources to ensure effective campaigns
* Writes for multiple mediums, including sales support resources, leadership updates, sales education
* Adheres to the corporate brand guidelines in all communications
* Develops campaign plans, which includes timeline matrixes, system for obtaining approvals
* Tracks and prioritizes tactics and deadlines
* Obtains communications performance metrics; Adjusts based on performance as necessary
* Interfaces with cross-functional teams throughout the larger organization
* Creates system for ensuring accountability to all internal stakeholders, including goal setting, feedback and timely notification of campaign execution

REQUIREMENTS:
* Understands importance of revenue objectives and speed-to-market
* Communicates tactics to internal stakeholders and evaluates effectiveness as needed
* Stays plugged in with all key support services and business areas, as well as external suppliers
* Loves to design and execute communication plans
* Creative thinker with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
* Experience with a variety of communications tools, including sales resources, sales education, email platforms, and video
* Proven ability to successfully handle multiple projects and meet critical deadlines in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Strong messaging skills that can be applied to a variety of audiences; Ability to translate complex ideas and concepts
* Strong attention to detail
* Team player; Flexible
* Results-oriented, service-oriented and with a passion for creativity and innovation
* Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate work with a wide range of individuals and groups

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
